    01Who we are

This website is operated by Dr. G the NP, LLC ("Dr. G the NP," "we," or "us"), a clinical education and professional speaking practice led by Tranise Goodlow, DNP, APRN, AGACNP-BC. We provide EKG interpretation and cardiology education for nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, students, and healthcare organizations.

    02Information we collect

We only collect the information needed to respond to inquiries and deliver educational engagements.

    • Information you submit: name, email address, phone number, organization, event dates, audience details, and any message content you include in a contact or booking form.
    • Engagement records: contracts, invoices, session materials, attendance counts, and post-event evaluation results provided by the hosting organization.
    • Technical data: basic, non-identifying usage information such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, used only to keep the site working well.

    03How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

    • Respond to speaking, workshop, and staff-training inquiries.
    • Prepare proposals, agreements, invoices, and session materials tailored to your audience.
    • Coordinate logistics before, during, and after an engagement.
    • Improve course content based on de-identified evaluation feedback.

    04What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not send unsolicited marketing to addresses obtained from third-party lists, and we do not collect patient information or protected health information (PHI) through this website. Please never submit patient identifiers, clinical images tied to an identifiable patient, or medical records through any form on this site.

    05Service providers

We use a small number of reputable vendors to operate the site and our practice — for example website hosting, email, scheduling, e-signature, and payment processing. These providers may process your information only as needed to perform their service for us, and they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

    06Data retention and security

Inquiry correspondence is retained while a booking is under discussion and for a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping. Contracts and financial records are retained as required by law and standard business practice. We use industry-standard safeguards to protect information in transit and at rest, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

    07Your choices

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. You may also ask to stop receiving follow-up email at any time. Send requests to contact@drgthenp.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

    08Cookies

This site uses only the cookies and local storage needed for core functionality and accessibility preferences, plus optional analytics if you consent through the cookie notice. You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings; core pages will continue to work.

    09Children's privacy

Our education is designed for licensed clinicians and health professions students. This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
