    01Education, not medical advice

All content on this website and in every keynote, workshop, video, handout, slide, and social post is intended for the professional education of licensed clinicians and health professions students. Nothing here establishes a provider-patient relationship, and nothing here should be used to diagnose, treat, or manage an individual patient.

    02No provider-patient relationship

Viewing this site, attending a session, or corresponding with Dr. G the NP does not create a clinician-patient relationship. If you are a member of the public with a health concern, contact your own healthcare provider. If you are experiencing chest pain, shortness of breath, or other symptoms of a cardiac emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

    03Clinical judgment remains yours

EKG interpretation frameworks, rhythm examples, analogies, and step-by-step approaches taught in our sessions are teaching tools. They do not replace:

    • Your own assessment of the patient in front of you.
    • Your organization's policies, protocols, and order sets.
    • Current professional guidelines and primary literature.
    • Consultation with cardiology, your collaborating physician, or your supervising provider.
    • Your state's scope-of-practice rules and licensure requirements.

    04Case examples and tracings

EKG tracings, imaging, and case scenarios used in teaching are de-identified, composite, or used with permission, and are presented solely to illustrate a concept. They are not drawn from any identifiable patient's current care and should never be interpreted as guidance for a specific individual.

    05No guarantee of outcomes

We work hard to make cardiac concepts clear and memorable, but we cannot guarantee any particular exam result, certification outcome, clinical performance, or patient outcome based on attendance at a session or use of any material from this site.

    06Accuracy and currency

Cardiology practice evolves. Content is prepared with care and reviewed regularly, but it may not reflect the most recent guideline updates at the moment you read or view it. Always verify against current authoritative sources before applying anything clinically.
