Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in the Dr. G the NP Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Enrollment
You must complete the affiliate application. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion. Upon approval, you will receive an email granting access to your Affiliate Dashboard and unique referral links.

3. Commission Structure and Payment
  • Earn 40% Commission: Affiliates will earn a 40% commission on each sale generated through their unique affiliate link.
  • Payment Details: Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount after discounts and refunds. Payments are made monthly via PayPal on the 15th of each month for commissions earned in the previous month.
  • Tax Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate payment details and handling any tax obligations related to your earnings.

4. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must promote Dr. G the NP, LLC courses ethically and responsibly. Misleading claims, false advertising, spam tactics, or any unethical marketing practices are strictly prohibited.

5. Affiliate Links and Use of Materials
Use Unique Links: Affiliates must use only the unique tracking links provided by Dr. G the NP, LLC. These links must not be altered in any way.
Promotional Materials: You may use only promotional banners, graphics, and marketing materials provided or explicitly approved by Dr. G the NP, LLC. Any modifications require written permission.

6. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Dr. G the NP, LLC branding materials, such as logos and promotional graphics, solely for promoting our courses. All rights to these materials remain with Dr. G the NP, LLC.

7. Disclaimers
Dr. G the NP, LLC does not guarantee any specific earnings, traffic, conversion rates, or results from your participation in the program. While we strive for smooth operations, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance.

8. Affiliate Conduct, Warranties, and Indemnity
Affiliates must maintain ethical and professional standards in all promotional activities. The use of spam tactics, misleading statements, or unauthorized codes is strictly prohibited. You must not promote Dr. G the NP, LLC on sites with offensive or illegal content. Affiliates warrant that their promotional content does not violate any laws or infringe on third-party rights. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr. G the NP, LLC from any claims or liabilities resulting from your actions as an affiliate. Violations may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

9. Limitation of Liability
Dr. G the NP, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program. Your participation is at your own risk.

10. Modifications
Dr. G the NP, LLC may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified of significant changes. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law
This agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

12. Term and Termination
These Terms & Conditions take effect upon your enrollment and will remain in effect until terminated. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Dr. G the NP, LLC reserves the right to terminate participation for any reason, including violations of these terms. Upon termination, access to the affiliate dashboard and promotional materials will be revoked.

13. Acceptance of Terms
By clicking the “Become an Affiliate” button, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
