Last updated August 2026 ## 01 Acceptance of these terms By accessing this website or engaging Dr. G the NP, LLC for education, speaking, or consulting services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. ## 02 Educational purpose only All content on this site and in every presentation, workshop, handout, slide, or video is provided for professional education purposes only. It is not medical advice, not a clinical protocol, and not a substitute for your own clinical judgment, your employer's policies, or the guidance of a supervising or collaborating provider. See our Medical Disclaimer for full detail. ## 03 Intellectual property Course materials, slide decks, EKG teaching sets, handouts, videos, analogies, frameworks, written content, the Dr. G the NP name, and the Dr. G the NP logo are the property of Dr. G the NP, LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law. - You may not record, livestream, screenshot, or redistribute a session without prior written permission. - You may not reproduce, resell, or incorporate materials into your organization's own curriculum without a written license. - Attendees may use materials for their individual professional learning and patient care decision-making support. ## 04 Booking, fees, and payment Speaking and training engagements are confirmed by a written agreement that specifies the session scope, date, format, honorarium, travel arrangements, and payment terms. A signed agreement and any required deposit reserve the date. Fees quoted in an inquiry response are valid for the period stated in that response. ## 05 Cancellation and rescheduling Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in the engagement agreement for each event. In general, deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled date within twelve months, subject to availability. If circumstances outside either party's control (including illness, weather, or travel disruption) prevent an in-person session, we will work with you to move to a virtual format or a new date. ## 06 Continuing education credit Unless a specific engagement states otherwise in writing, sessions are not accredited continuing education and no CE, CME, or contact hours are awarded. When an accredited provider or host organization issues credit for a session, that organization is solely responsible for accreditation, certificates, and reporting. ## 07 Testimonials and event feedback Quotes, evaluation scores, and video testimonials shown on this site are shared with permission or drawn from anonymized post-event evaluations. They reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of any particular learning outcome, exam result, or clinical performance. ## 08 Third-party links This site may link to other websites, including our web partner. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. ## 09 Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. G the NP, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or reliance on educational content. Total liability for any engagement will not exceed the fees paid for that engagement. ## 10 Governing law and changes These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Dr. G the NP, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
